We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for the unused item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the product was used in 14 day return period, we cannot accept a return due to sanitary purposes. To start a return, you can contact us at theyonisauna@gmail.com and we will direct you to where to send the item along with photos confirming the product is unused. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There will be a 20% restocking fee on items that are returned without damage.
If your return is accepted, you can send the item back as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged package and damaged product, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged product and send to Theyonisauna@gmail.com.
Refunds and exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at theyonisauna@gmail.com.
